We want you to be completely satisfied with your rental from Gardini Online. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your rental, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your rental to initiate a return or exchange. We ask that all items be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
